Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey, MBH Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions and services. In April 2001, MBH acquired the HR Division of Concur Technologies from which the Link2HR product is derived. In October 2003, MBH acquired AG Consulting a division of Automatic Data Processing. This latter acquisition was integrated into the Professional Services organization adding PeopleSoft Enterprise expertise to MBH's service offerings.
