Description
Candidates must have solid hands-on ADP Enterprise skills. The ability
to design business processes to maximize efficiency is desired.
Responsibilities include the implementation and/or upgrade of ADP's
applications including project planning, system design and configuration,
testing and system support.

Responsibilities
Working with client personnel to facilitate and actively participate
in all phases of the system development life cycle, to include:
- Scope definition
and project planning
- Application
fit/gap analysis
- Definition
of business requirements
- Business
process design
- Application
design and configuration
- Knowledge
transfer and post production support
- Interface
with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business
implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address
specific issues that may arise during an implementation
- Effectively
communicate the status of ADP related projects, escalate issues
as necessary
- Manage consulting
and client personnel on assigned projects
Qualifications,
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of
1 year experience implementing the ADP Enterprise application
- Minimum 2-5
years professional work experience
- Experience
working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and
suggesting process improvements
- Ability to
map business requirements to functionality available in appropriate
ADP application modules
- Strong verbal,
written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical,
troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to
work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Highly motivated
- self-starter, proactive
- Organization
and time management skills
- Willingness
to travel
- Experience
with Autolink and Reportsmith a plus
