Description
Candidates must have technical knowledge of the following PeopleSoft
application sets - HCM, Financials, EPM, or CRM. Responsibilities
include the implementation and/or upgrade of PeopleSoft applications
for MBH's clients including project planning, system design and
configuration, development, testing and system support. The ability
to design business processes or system processes to maximize efficiency
is desired.

- Design and
development of conversion processes
- Design and
development of custom reports, interfaces and online extensions
- Technical
infrastructure planning
- Database
and Platform skills - Oracle, Sybase, DB2, Informix, UNIX, NT
- Technical
Skills - PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Tools, SQL, SQR
- Knowledge
transfer and post production support
- Interface
with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop technical
implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address
specific issues that may arise during an implementation
- Effectively
communicate the status of project, escalate issues as necessary
- Manage consulting
and client personnel on assigned projects
Qualifications,
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of
2 years experience implementing the PeopleSoft applications
- Minimum 2-5
years professional work experience
- Strong technical
skills
- Good verbal,
written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical,
troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to
work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Highly motivated
- self-starter, proactive
- Organization
and time management skills
- Willingness
to travel
