Job Description
We are looking for experienced functional and technical consultants who have implemented Oracle e-Business suite in Oracle HRMS.

Job Requirements
Consultants will be responsible for:

  • Supporting new and existing customers in their implementation of the Oracle HRMS suite.
  • Gathering requirements, performing fit/gap analysis, implementing and supporting the client during the initial live run.
  • Defining the client operational and strategic objectives.
  • Providing effective solutions to the client’s business.
  • Producing quality deliverables.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Functional consultants need the following experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite – HRMS applications knowledge particularly with experience in at least 2-3 HRMS products such as Oracle Human Resources, Self Service HRMS, IRecruitment, ILearning, Training Administration, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Payroll, Advanced benefits.
  • Oracle 11i Applications knowledge essential.
  • Facilitation/workshop skills, as well as internal or external consulting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • BS or BA in related fields.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Technical consultants need the following experience:

  • Multiple full-life cycle Oracle E-Business Suite implementations as a technical consultant.
  • Proven technical lead on Oracle E-Business Suite implementations.
  • Ability to develop technical strategy documents including data conversions, interfaces, reporting, and extensions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite implementation methodologies (Oracle AIM, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle technology (PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, etc.).
  • Preferred skills: XML Publisher, Discoverer, BPEL Process Manager, XML Gateway, JDeveloper, PeopleSoft Enterprise integration.
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following: architectural design, capacity planning, performance considerations within the Oracle eBusiness Suite, security, high availability design, disaster recovery, integration with other systems, and performance assurance testing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • BS or BA in related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
