Effective
October 20, 2005 Fran Dennis-Cardaci has been named
Vice President of Operations for MBH Solutions. In this
role, Ms. Cardaci will be responsible for the professional
services organization. Ms. Cardaci will also play an
active role in the design of MBH's Workforce Management
software solutions.

Solutions Completes Integration of AG Consulting |

Effective
September 8, 2004 MBH Solutions is pleased to announce
that it has completed the successful integration of
its two Professional Services organizations -- MBH Solutions
and AG Consulting. This is the culmination of efforts
which began on October 20, 2003 when MBH acquired AG
Consulting. Effective immediately, the company will
be known simply as MBH Solutions. The AG Consulting
brand is officially retired.
The
combined knowledge and resources of the two organizations
provide significant value to MBH's clients. Specifically,
this includes:
- A
broad range of PeopleSoft and ADP implementation service
offerings
- System
integration solutions that leverage an extensive knowledge
base and solutions library, built on the collective
knowledge and experience of our consultants.
- New
and improved tools and templates including a rapid,
pre-configured implementation approach and enhanced
system integration tools
- A
resource pool of consultants who average 19 years
functional experience and 7 years of experience with
the PeopleSoft and/or ADP solutions set.

Barnes Joins MBH Solutions, Inc. |

| Effective
June 14, 2004 Kevin Barnes joined MBH Solutions as
Director of Professional Services for the Northeast region.
Kevin has over twenty years of experience in information
systems with significant experience developing and managing
application software package implementations in a wide
range of environments and industries. Prior to joining
MBH, Kevin was instrumental in building out the PeopleSoft
consulting practice at Delphi Partners including developing
delivery strategies in the areas of technology consulting,
strategy development, project and program management and
the design of large global systems and conversions. Delphi
Partners was acquired by Answerthink, Inc. where Kevin
held a number of positions during his five year tenure.

| Effective
April 6, 2004 Fran Dennis-Cardaci assumed the role
of General Manger at MBH Solutions, Inc. In the role of
General Manger, Fran will be responsible for the Professional
Services organization and the delivery of workforce management
solutions focused on the PeopleSoft and ADP market. Peter
McCree, President/CEO of MBH Solutions Inc. said, "Fran
is the logical choice for the General Manager of Professional
Services. Fran has been with MBH since 1998 and has consistently
demonstrated her ability to manage large-scale technology
projects with a focus on quality." Fran has fifteen years
of experience in business process analysis and system
design. Prior to assuming the role of General Manager,
Fran held the role of Practice Leader with responsibility
for the ADP/CSS Hrzon service line. As General Manager,
Fran assumes extended responsibility for the PeopleSoft
service line. |

Stanley Joins MBH Solutions, Inc. |

| Effective
March 1, 2004 Beth Stanley joined MBH Solutions Inc.
as Director of Channel Marketing. Beth is a twenty-year
technology veteran with companies such as Dun & Bradstreet,
PeopleSoft and Answerthink, Inc. "We are very pleased
to have Beth on the MBH team," said Peter McCree, President/CEO
of MBH Solutions. "She has a successful background in
developing technology practices, driving revenue and profit
increases and developing marketing and delivery strategies."
Prior to joining MBH Solutions, Beth was co-founder of
Delphi Partners, a specialty system integration firm with
a focus on PeopleSoft solutions. Delphi Partners was acquired
by Answerthink, Inc. where Beth held a number of key positions
including Vertical Practice Leader of HR Solutions and
held a seat on the Answerthink management team. |

October 20, 2003 MBH Solutions Inc. a technology consulting
company with special expertise in Internet-based solutions
for Finance, Human Resources and Payroll, acquired AG
Consulting a unit of Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:
ADP). AG Consulting is a leading provider of business
and information technology solutions focused in the areas
of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance primarily
focused on providing PeopleSoft implementation services
to public sector, healthcare and commercial companies.
The acquisition of AG Consulting broadens MBH Solutions,
Inc. Professional Services organization allowing MBH to
now offer clients extended solutions in Finance, HR and
Payroll. |
